Welcome to Knockout.Game ("Last One Standing", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and tournaments under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming or cryptocurrency transactions is prohibited.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating your account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Tournament Rules and Gameplay

The Platform hosts elimination-style tournaments ("Last One Standing" tournaments) with the following general rules:

• Tournaments require an entry fee to participate, which may be paid using USDT or in-platform currency (Standing Points).
• Each tournament consists of multiple rounds. In each round, players select from available options.
• Players who select the losing option are eliminated from the tournament.
• The last player(s) remaining win the tournament prize pool.
• Specific tournament rules, entry fees, and prize structures are displayed on each tournament page before entry.
• Once you enter a tournament, your entry fee is non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
• Tournament results are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform.

4. Ghost Mode (Free Play)

The Platform offers a "Ghost Mode" feature that allows users to participate in tournaments without paying an entry fee. Ghost Mode participants:

• Do not pay entry fees and are not eligible for USDT prize payouts.
• May earn Standing Points (SP) and other non-monetary rewards.
• Participate alongside paying players but are tracked separately.
• Are subject to the same gameplay rules as paying participants.

5. Deposits and Payments

The Platform accepts deposits in USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. By making a deposit:

• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct wallet address and network are used when making deposits.
• Deposits sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks may be permanently lost, and we are not responsible for such losses.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing deposits.
• Deposited funds are held in your Platform account balance and may be used for tournament entry fees.

6. Withdrawals and Prize Distribution

Withdrawal of funds from your account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed in USDT to the wallet address you specify.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before making your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
• Processing times vary but we aim to process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Tournament prizes are credited to your account balance upon tournament completion and may be withdrawn subject to these conditions.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, as specified in the bonus terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform if you are under the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate tournament outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform (unless explicitly permitted).
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
• Losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by you.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform.
• Any errors or omissions in tournament results or prize calculations.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited in your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Knockout.Game and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity.
• At your request.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any remaining balance in your account will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies. We may withhold funds if we suspect prohibited activity pending investigation.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Platform or via email.

15. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all users to:

• Set personal limits on deposits and gameplay.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
